Purposes

To conduct survey and research, undertake collection and provision of information and develop both specialized researchers and research institutes associated with social insurance system and health economics, as well as to offer welfare service to the insured person, formerly insured person and their families (hereinafter referred to ginsured parties, etc.).

By so doing ASIW contributes to dissemination and development of the social insurance system, improvement of medical services and development of medical policy, as well as enhances the welfare of the insured person.
